4. Save your changes.
5. Send as an attachment from your HVCC email account to the desired recipient.

  • To report your SSN or ITIN, complete the Personal Data Change Form (PDF)
  • To refuse to provide your SSN or ITIN, complete the Acknowledgment/Refusal To Provide SSN or ITIN Form (PDF)

  NOTE: A valid picture driver's license or some other picture ID card will be accepted as proper identification. This includes your Hudson Valley Community College ID card. A photocopy or image of an ID card will not be accepted.

  Earning Credit by Exam

  Hudson Valley grants credits by exam based on minimum scores outlined in the documents below.

  • Advance Placement (AP) Exams Accepted for Credit
  • College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) Exams Accepted for Credit
  • International Baccalaureate Courses Accepted for Credit
