Beginning November 7, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. through November 9, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) will be accepting preliminary applications (pre-applications) for the Federal Senior/Disabled Public Housing Program. This wait list opening is for efficiencies and one bedroom units at Elm Terrace, Raymond Baldwin, and Robert F. Kennedy Apartments.
• Pre-applications not completed online must be postmarked no earlier than November 7, 2022, and no later than November 9, 2022. Envelopes postmarked before November 7th and after November 9th will be rejected.
• Applicants must meet all U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income and eligibility requirements.

In order to ensure fairness and provide an equal opportunity for selection to the wait list, only ONE pre-application will be accepted for each prospective household. If more than one pre-application is received containing one or more of the same name(s) and/or social security number(s) of any household member, all pre-applications containing the duplicate name(s) will be rejected.
The SHA will use a random draw lottery system and 300 pre-applications will be drawn. Only those chosen in the lottery draw will be notified by mail no later than December 16, 2022. Lottery draw selection status will not be given over the telephone.
